and I would like to know why. Ebay told me to file a dispute with PayPal but I can't figure out how to do that since my issue is with Paypal, not the buyer.
Anyway, I am an infrequent seller. I offered shipping in priority flat rate box. The buyer paid $16.10 which included shipping and insurance. However when I went to print the label, I was charged $22.15 for shipping and insurance. Can someone please help me understand what happened here?
