I've had my cash account with PayPal since about 2015, every now and then I would get money so it wasn't like I didn't use PayPal, I have even connected my cards to my PayPal account to pay for things quicker.
Recently, however, I've found out that I do not have my Cash Account anymore and that I need to make a new one, I already had the appropriate documentations for the original account in the first place, so I was wondering if that means all would this be a fresh account or is my original account locked away somewhere.
