Hi! Neither my phone nor iPad will print a label I created in multi ship. It will print the sample label, but not the label for shipping. My screen freezes every time, and the image doesn’t load into my print setting. Is it my phone/iPad? All other labels I print from PayPal work seamlessly, but not this.
