I can't get my money to transfer from my money pool to my account. What am I doing wrong?

The above link is no longer working and I've tried to withdraw the money but I can't find it in any of my accounts and it's not in my PayPal balance. Someone please tell me where it is

The link worked for the person that started this thread as it was the correct link FOR HER COUNTRY.

As you have not said what country you are in and the link does not work for you then it could be you are in a different country.

I can’t add money to my own pool even though I apply contribute.

You can't add funds to your 'own' money pool.

I can no longer access my pool just get a blank page , created a new pool and that works as expected but unable to get money out of my original pool tried the app and diff browser had the pool for ages now just a blank page when I try to manage it 😞
