If i submit money to my own money pool it does not remove it from my paypal balance and it also doesnt stop me from spending it anywhere else, no warning. Also the money pool on my account summary says its empty even though ive submitted money to it, which it shows when i click on the money pool to view it. Im glad they added that you could submit to your own money pool but whats the point if it ''works'' like this????
