I’ve set up a money pool to raise money for end of get teacher presents. When someone tried to donate they got a message “this recipient cannot accept personal payments” I am. Or a business account.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to receive personal payments through the money pool you've set up. Please reach out to customer service to allow a representative to look into why you're not able to receive personal payments.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
