Money pool - own contributions

Hi, my friend has set a pool up but it won’t take her contributions. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks

What currency are they trying to send? Only it has to be in the currency of your paypal account ie euros and not pounds sterling.

yes he tried to send me euros , plus i added to my pp account almost all the currencies so have euoros, us dollars and canadian dollars and really want that pool to success?!?
