I have used the mobile app for a long time now, and I still haven't seen the option to transfer my funds to another bank account other than my main bank account. I have 2 cards registered in my Paypal Account: 1 bank account, and 1 visa card. I'm using the Android version of Paypal. Is this option/feature still not available? Ever since, I've been withdrawing funds via the web portal.

You will need to add and confirm the bank account through the PayPal website using a desktop/laptop/full website version. Once the bank is successfully added, the option to withdraw to this bank will appear in the mobile app. You may need to mark the bank account as primary before it will appear in the app.
