Hello! My husband ordered something from Facebook on october 1st and it requested PayPal payment. He paid but did not sign up for PayPal until after. We got a receipt from PayPal but we havent heard anything from seller and have not recieved anything. We're trying to find how to locate this seller or the tracking info. Wouls we just call PayPal and explain the situation?
Shouldn't there be seller contact info in the PayPal receipt? The seller's PayPal email address should be on the body of the PayPal email receipt. Push comes to shove, if you paid by credit card, contact the card issuer to file a chargeback.
There is a seller name only. No email. We have a reciept number but no idea who to contact. We think we'll wait one more week and then dispute it. Thanks for the feedback.
