On December-04-2020 I sent a payment to pay my PayPal smart connect balance. The payment was USPS $400.00 money order. As of today I do not see my payment posted and deducted from my PayPal balance. The USPS money order verification on their web page shows that the mony order has been cashed. Called the PayPal customer service but none help was provided. Don't know what to do.
