Hello!
I have an issue I am trying to resolve, but any time I try to reply to someone in the message center, I keep getting the error that something went wrong and I lose my reply. Nothing is going out and when I attempted to message them again, regarding the problem and admitting that this was a duplicate due to being unable to reply (I made sure to mention that), I got a standard reply that my issue was already being addressed. Not very helpful.
Has anyone else been having trouble replying via the message center? Has anyone figured out a solution?
