Is it possible to load up a list of paypal.me links in a CSV file and do a mass payment

Started to get quite a few requests from paypal.me users instead of paypal emails
No. Just email addresses. The PayPal me links are links to send payment pages and technically not direct PayPal account IDs like the email addresses are.
