I lost my PayPal cash card before I could activate it and I have tried to request a new one but PayPal won't let me. My account says my card was shipped Nov of last year and when I click get a new card it just refreshes the page and nothing happens it's been over a year now and I still can't get PayPal to send me a new card please help

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot get a new card ordered. If you have been unable to report the first card as Lost or Stolen through the website, please contact PayPal customer service for help.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
