Are PayPal offering loan holidays on their current capital working loans? During this corona pandemic.

Yes, PayPal is offering a 30 day payment holiday to customers with a PayPal Working Capital advance.  Please log into your PayPal Account, click on Working Capital, and then you should see the banner at the top of the screen to request the payment holiday.  If you need assistance, please contact us by phone.
