I have for weeks been trying to get my problem sorted and all I get are lists of questions I might be asking none of which is relevant to my problem and I am getting increasingly frustrated and angry by the responses i am getting from you. Again I wish you to reinstate all payments you stopped without my authorisation and to reinstate them All except the one set up on 31st May 2020 to Stripey Giraffe which I wanted cancelled as it was set up by mistake. You have contInued paying it even though I asked it to be cancelled but you take no notice of my requests n fact you seem to do the complete opposite of what I want doing. I also wish you to get back all the payments you have paid to this Company. I would be grateful if you could confirm action has been taken to All my requests. Sally Carden Stopford
