The company is fraudulently advertising products that they do not have and sending customers shabby replacements. They are using your service, PAYPAL EXPRESS, to commit consumer fraud. They wanted to offer me a 5.00 refund on a 30.00 dollar purchase and the merchandise is unusable. I am going to report them to every agency that I know, as well as, have my friends to post about their erroneous website. I thought that I would reach out to you and your staff to see about preventing them from continuing to rip people off.
