LINK to Cashback Mastercard takes me to a white blank page and doesn't take me to the Card Site

LINK to Cashback Mastercard takes me to a white blank page and doesn't take me to the Card Site.  Is anyone else experiencing this and or does anyone know how to fix it.   I have tried to contact Customer Service several times.
