Do anyone used payment method by kee-pay(powered by pay pal) https://www.kee-pay.com. I used that payment to pay by second band car 2 weeks ago. Now no contact with them, problem with my money back

This has nothing to do with PayPal the parent company because you paid from money uploaded to KeePay from your bank account with a company that has no detailed policy for transaction issues what so ever and besides PayPal Buyer Purchase Protection does not cover vehicles.

Buyer beware when buying vehicles. You have up to the last minute before you actually send payment to change your mind. Did you pay without receiving delivery of the car? Or after you got the car, the car don't work?

But I doubt they can do anything to help since the moment you pay is when both parties are ready to do the transaction so one would presume you did  your due diligence, having the car checked out by a mechanic and do a test drive, meet the seller again to finally transfer money and get your keys in person.

Thank You for reply. Seller which have a car pushed me to use this payment method, he said he used that few times before and everything worked perfect. The money which I sent to kee-pay should be ready to transaction. If you are happy with car you can send the money to seller from kee-pay. If not I kee-pay should sent that money back to my bank account. They said the money was send back but I don't have any penny on my account, and no contact with them from two weeks. You're welcome. Who said the money was sent back? Kee-Pay or the seller? The Kee-Pay site has no documentation explaining how a refund should be processed. 😞

Are you sure it’s not a fake website ? KeePay exist really? Where are you from ?
