Issues with account set-up and verification

Hi,

 

I have set-up a PayPal business account in for our charity, but somehow the charity verification process seem to be unable to match/recognise it and it won't let me progress further. I thought maybe it was the company name, but it won't give me the option to amend that.

 

Similarly, I wanted to remove one of the executive as it is a duplicate entry, but again there's no option I can see to do so.

 

Not really quite sure where to go next as there's no way of contacting PayPal directly... not that I have found anyway, which is a bit frustrating as I have wasted already quite some hours to try and sort it!

 

Any suggestion/help the Community can provide, would be greatly received!
