this is my 3rd time trying to get a new card and I wonder where is the other 2 cards they were supposed to give me first that were blocked because I still haven't received them yet to throw away? They are suppose to be sending me a 3rd card which was suppose to be sent on the 7th of this month so I'm not sure if they've sent that piece of mail in our not
I am having the EXACT same problem!!! My card expired at the end of 2020, PayPal says they mailed me a new card, but I never received it. I last called them on JANUARY 5 and requested another new card. Today is February 3 and I still have no card. I've had this account for years and NEVER had this problem. Customer service is no help at all, of course.
