Is Ymulen of China a reputable company?

I am concerned because of past experience. I wonder if PayPal does background checks of the companies that use them for payment purposes. My guess is that they do not. I am asking the community of anyone knows of the company called Ymulen of China. They do not have an address or phone number posted. Only an email address Apate.2u01hhdGmail
