question about the new PayPal key, is it a One-Time use virtual credit card or can it be used multiple times?
I use the CitiBank Virtual Credit Card thru the website for shady websites or someplace I do not want a recurring bill.
With that Virtual Credit Card, I have the ability to generate a limit to be charged to that number and generate multiple numbers.
I am guessing you cannot do that with the PayPal Key, its just one CC number that never dies until your balance is depleted, that is not what a virtual credit card is for, there needs to be a way to set a charge limit
