I had issues logging in first. Had to reset password twice in 5 minutes. (04/20/2020 5PM )
Then tried to generate an Invoice and said could not complete at this time try later.
I tried to use chat...that's missing entirely.
Tried "Message Us" that's a robot and when I try "agent" it says wait time is a few HOURS!
Blame it on covid-19 Where are all their Work from Home people?
As of now I am removing PayPal from my web sites as it appears it is currently impossible to invoice a customer or contact support so I'd have no confidence that if a customer actually paid me I could get my money.
