Hi, I have placed an order by using pay in 3 option, but I haven't received an order confirmation email from the seller, even I haven't received a receipt email from Paypal for the first payment. I was wondering, do the seller will dispatch and deliver the order as a normal purchase or will wait until the last payment and then dispatch? Many Thanks
