Hi, when trying to apply for the cash debit MasterCard, I was asked a series of questions in order to confirm my identity to get the card. When answering the personal questions, I answered accurately but every time was told that they could not confirm it was me, and now I can't get the card. My ID and SSN have already been approved, it's just the questions that are holding me back. Please help ASAP.
