I wasn't able to make shipping through PayPal.

I have over 3 thousand dollars but wasn't allow to pay for Xpress priority a shipping to Canada. When I went to create shipping label.  I received the message below.  

"{Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023" Why?

One possibility is that your linked credit card isn't up to date/expired. And need to add one if no credit card or expired credit card linked.

Even if there's enough money in your PP account, PayPal couldn’t print a label unless you have a valid credit card attached to PayPal account.

I have had my account for 5 years, my bank account has been linked for years and is confirmed, I have two working credit cards attached that don't expire for 3 more years. I have preferred payment setup to come out of my bank account. I was able to print two labels this morning just fine before getting this error. I have tried changing preferred payment to each of my 2 attached credit cards but neither works. One is my bank card, the other I have been using for years is a prepaid visa with $40 on it. I am just trying TO CALCULATE SHIPPING!!! not even able to do that. The error happens when I click calculate shipping.
