I've lost Pay in 4

I've been using Pay in 4 for the past 2 weeks. I've had no issues until the other day when I was about to use it, they denied me. In the message they sent, they said that my account was linked to suspicious activity but I went over everything and found nothing suspicious. Since then, the Pay in 4 option has been removed from my checkout and I can no longer use it. I've reached out to PayPal support but they can't give me a straight answer and won't say when I will have the option again.
