I used Ultimate rewards point from Chase pay

I purchased jeans in Mr.Porter through Paypal (Chase Pay) and I found out that I can use my Chase rewards points for them. 

I used all my points,but it did not deduct any amount of price and also my rewards points are gone 

Does anyone has same issue 

How I can solve this problem ?

Read the terms of your chase points and how it works. You get a statement credit. You still have to pay for the item.
