I sold digital goods and the buyer says he's not satisfied by product. I offered him a refund but he declined it. The price that he bought services was 2100$. Now for that digital product he want me to pay 3500$ if i want it back. I told him that if he's not satisfied with it i can only refund the money he paid for it but he don't agree and he want me to give him compesation of 1000$ while the product is worth more than 3000$. I don't know what to do since he told me that he will sue me through the bank anyway, and i'm scared because i don't know his bank politics and he might be able to do that. If he will get 1000$ he would literrary scam me by getting a 3000$ product for 1000$(i sold product for 2600$ because i need the money so i can pay my car rent)
