According to my account, this card was shipped on August 6th. I've been on the lookout for it because I need it to pay some bills. It's the 16th now and still no cash card. I'm starting to dread the fact that it might not come at all. If it doesn't come by tomorrow, what can I do about it? I live in South Carolina.
