Can i know why i am not qualified for the cashback . I have read the terms and conditions and seen that i satisfied all the requirements of terms and conditions . I want my cashback . I only used paypal for i saw a good offer of cashback on it and paid 20₹ extra and now u are saying that i dont satisfied the terms and conditions . I want my cashback.
