I failed to communicate with the seller. The seller charged money but I didn't receive my order.

On May 16, I purchased from two different sellers through PayPal. After payment I received confirmation email from PayPal with transaction ID. At that time I didn't have a PayPal account. Since then I have been trying to communicate with the seller by when I will my products and when can I get shipping information. But I didn't get any reply. Now I think these are FAKE sellers. 

 

I would like get help how to get my money back.
