Nothing I’m doing seems to work. I updated my card, but can’t apply for PayPal.me. I noticed this happened right after I was declined for a pay pal card. Can only rich people use the PayPal.me feature? Funny they let me give away $500, but now I can’t allow anyone to give to me.
