I can't get my prepaid MasterCard to register

I have been trying all day to register my card online and still waiting!! I have called the number and it's activated very frustrated thought it would be easy to have this card but it is anything but easy!!

I'm very sorry that you've had any difficulty registering your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard. The number on the back of the card will lead you to the customer service team that resolves issues with that particular card. If the automated activation is not allowing the use of the card, please try that number and navigate to a representative.
