I can't create a paypal.me link.

I don't use paypal very often and I don't really know how to use it, I need to create a Paypal.me account, I tried using the paypal.me website , it just logs into my account and doesn't do anything. Please help! I live in Azerbaijan.

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

From what I see in the link, its not available in your country at the moment.

Also ......

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
