My previous prepaid paypal card has expired, when I got the new one I followed the instructions as per the sheet, but I passed the 3 attempts and then later they blocked my card. To be able to reactivate, I called the customer support but during the procedure, after having coded and everything asks me for a date, I tried with my date of birth but it does not work, what should I do?
