I can no longer use the pay in 4 option, any idea why?

So I have been using the pay in 4 option, all of my transactions are current, does anyone have an idea as to why I can no longer use it? I even have multiple cards on file and everything.

Pay in 4 is sorta a credit product where in PayPal pays the merchant immediately and then charge you installments,  so I think they take into account many factors/stats that only PayPal knows to determine if Pay in 4 is on offer to you on a given transaction. It could because you are leaning too heavily on PI4 right now. Perhaps for the time being use your linked funding sources to pay outright since you have multiple linked.
