The "Email us" button does NOT work. I received a message from PayPal to send a complaint to a certain PayPal email address I am not allowed to publish here. I did so, but this email was returned.
Reason: "The following message to ... was undeliverable. The reason for the problem: 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.4.1 [...]: Recipent address rejected: Access denied [DM3NA03FT048.eop-NAM03.prod.protection.outlook.com]".
I had in mind to let PayPal know that the email address they gave me was wrong. But I am unable to let them know in any way. I realise that I am not the first person to send messages or emails to PayPal.
