I have called TWICE to notify I lost my old card and as of a Month now ,I been promised you would send me a new Pay Pal card.Why you will not ship it by regular MAIL is totally beyond me.Send me my card NOW please,I am tired of waiting and I need the money in my acct!! Larry
Well good luck with that. I'm losing more and more faith in paypal. I've neen having a issue with my cash card for over a month and they can't or won't help me.
