****How you get PayPal card n can't send **bleep** out?????

so you buy a PayPal card to put on to your account okay I did that and then I registered the account through the car and all that but how does it not link itself up to the PayPal your PayPal account and I can't send money out to who my girlfriend is requesting it. Does anyone know why it doesn't just work?? Thanks. Any one

Hi.

If it is a Paypal Cash Card, it reflects what balance you have in your Paypal account. You need to put funds in your balance before the card works

If it is an Extras or Cashback Mastercard, it is a credit card handled by different department. 

If it is a prepaid card, you need to transfer it from your Paypal balance to your Paypal prepaid card for it to work.
