I have very bad experience with paypal. First I am nowhere finding option to redeem my reward ID . and when I tried to call customer care it takes too long to connect me to paypal and when I connected they have long questions menu to enter in connecting support. Thereafter calls goes to put on music for so long Its so annoying . I couldn't believe Paypal financial product has this kind of service. My issue is still not resoved. Its too long over coouple of months.
