How to create thank you letters to customers using PayPal?

I'm with a nonprofit and we use PayPal to receive fundraising from our membership and outside donations .... once we have the funds, we send out thank you letters which also contain the amount donated and the notation the funds are tax deductible.  Is there a way to generate correspondence in PayPal to simplify this effort and ensure accuracy?  It might be similar to a business who uses PayPal reporting to thank the customers...?  Thanks for your comments!
