How do I stop paypal from nagging me about one touch every time I buy something

I get it, one touch is a thing.  I don't want to use it.  Every single time I make a purchase it asks me if I want to turn on one touch and every single time I say no.  So it is basically adding one extra step for me to use paypal.  Please someone tell me there is a way to stop it from asking.
