How do I insert payment link?

I have a PayPal account. I dont know how to locate or make the link for people to use to do a payment transfer.  

I have a document to save on website and I want to add a PayPal link so customers can pay into my bank account via PayPal.  Where do I start? 

Is it safer to use PayPal then transfer funds to my bank account?
