How do I have customers leave their name

In my account I have my customers pay through pay pal for my services.  Example for a phone consultation.  I want them to be able to leave a phone number so I may contact them to schedule a time for the consultation.  How do I set that up?   Need help please.

I do not ship anything so I do not need the shipping information.

Please advise

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Website Payment Preferences > Contact telephone number
