How can I Add Drop Down Options to a Subscription Product?

I am creating a subscription for a Coffee of the Month program. I'm looking for a way to give the customer the following options:

Option 1 - Whole Bean or Drip Grind?

Whole Bean

Drip Grind

Option 2 - Roast Level?

All

Dark

Light

Also, is there a way to allow the customer to specify how many months they would like to continue (monthly shipments only).
