Paypal customer services is seriously horrible!
I'm stuck in a loop since April 16 with them and can't get the help I need to understand what happened with my $2500 refund.
1- Paypal Chat = Nobody online and refer to call
2- Calling Paypal, due to COVID-19, referred to use the email form
3- Sent an email from their webform while logged in my account and got an automatic reply with some topic suggestions and a message that if these topics doesn't answer my questions, to reply directly to this email.
4- Now replying to the email and got a message back from the customer service that they can't provide details because the email didn't been initiated from my account.
What's going on with this customer service?
Impossible to get in touch with someone and received some non-sense answers like that.
