So, I can't even get a human on paypal, and ive messaged and no one has responded, and I'm desperate. I tried the pay in 4, and it didn't go through,, but psypal is STILL holding the money,, which has caused me to go into the negative with my account. There's no cancel button for me to cancel the pending hold, and again, I can't get in touch with anyone at PayPal. Any advice?
