I'm trying to cash my check and its not working because of an identity error. What do I do. It was my first time trying to cash a check through PayPal and I dont know how to fix it. It wont even let me try again.

The check has to be made out to your name. There is some kind of descrepancy with identifying you. Contact PayPal customer service.
