I made a deal with a person,they told me to send 6$ to their paypal I tried sending the 6 dollars but it didn't work so I decided to go to paypal.me and try sending it through there,so I typed person's name(not email) on paypal.me and the person that I typed wasn't the same person that I was doing a deal with
so I sent him the money by accident,and I asked for a refund but paypal declined my refund,I don't know what to do because if paypal cancelled it I can't issue another refund,help please,thank you
